We have been using Peterson HVAC for almost 10 years now and they continually impress. We've had them install, maintain and service our HVAC equipment, they have been the best I've worked with. Their technicians and office staff have always been professional, timely and considerate of our home. Just this week we had an issue with our system, they had a technician out the same day and repaired the issue quickly. Can't recommend this veteran-owned company enough.

Very, very pleased with Pederson's business. They replaced our furnace and air conditioner in the summer of 2021. I spent a few weeks researching various local HVAC businesses and getting quotes for the work we needed. Pederson offered the second lowest quote out of at least 5 local businesses, and only a family friend's friend offered a lower deal- but also lower quality and less professionalism. We're very satisfied with their work, staff, communication, and professionalism. We have not made a single repair call because they did such exceptional work the first time. More recently, Jonathon helped us with our thermostat (user error issue) and at another property with an air conditioner issue. We were very pleased to have Jonathon make these fixes. He was kind, professional, and efficient. I recommend Pederson to everyone needing any HVAC service. On this same maintenance call, Nicole cheerily answered the phone and got Jonathon out to our house within 2 hours. That timing was impressive and ensured me that if/when the AC or furnace go out in the middle of a hot or cold day, we are only hours away from a solution.
