We called PD from our campsite at Nebraska Tailwaters, due to the 20 ft. automatic awning on our Super C motorcoach going on strike halfway through its appointed job. Can’t drive like that! Within just a few hours he arrived, checked all connections and wiring, determined the problem (motor was toast,) manually rolled the awning up snugly to the coach, and sent us safely on our way. And, at a very reasonable cost!! Many Thanks 😊🥵
Our fridge wasn't cooling like it had been. Called left a text as requested with problem and our location. Came in in the afternoon. Once he removed the rear panel he knew what the problem was. The drain pipe for the fridge being 14 year old plastic broke. This was allowing hot air to go into the fridge. We pulled the fridge out and he installed a new muck heavier drain line. I couldn't be more pleased with his repair and advice. Two hours later I have a fridge that is cooling again.
We had an issue with our slide after arriving at the campground. We called PDs and he came out immediately. He did a thorough check of the slide, and was extremely kind and professional. We would not hesitate to call him again if needed. But we hope we never have to! 🙂 And to "CH". Dude, you can't give a 1-Star review for a quoted price for something. If you get a quote you don't like, just call someone else. 🙄
