Paul Davis Restoration of Utah - Logan Office

We are not at all happy with the Paul Davis restoration company and we have a slew of photos to show why. Paul Davis took over two and a half months to do what should have been a three week job. they substituted material on several aspects of the job.They tried to charge us for work that was not done and then asked us to commit insurance fraud in an effort to gain more money Thier greed did not work for us. We are not done with our project, but the service so far has been exceptional! Our insurance company recommended Paul Davis and we have been impressed from day one. They are prompt, thorough, and thoughtful. They really have tried to make this as easy on us as possible. It's been refreshing to have someone by your side that knows the insurance claim system well, and is willing to go to bat for you. Great communication from everyone I have delt with so far. I would recommend them to anyone. They have taken so much stress off of my plate, and I am ever so grateful!

We had a major house fire that resulted in our home being almost a total loss along with most of our personal property inside. As hard as that was to go through, Paul Davis has been there from the beginning offering support, compassion, and excellent service. They helped make a hard situation so much better! The communication was great, and they were pushing to get the restoration done quickly (but still taking the time to make sure each step of process was completed correctly). On the question of pricing, my insurance company lined them up and paid for all services (minus my deductible), so I don't know how they are priced compared to other companies. Damaged ceiling looks like new

Paul davis Restoration did some renovation and flood cleanup for us and did a great job throughout the process. Curtis and Hasan were very informative and courteous through out the renovation as well. We would highly recommend this company!
