$67 per month for internet service is a bit pricey. It would be better and fair at about $40. Maybe you should try to collect revenue from the commercial (Ad supported) TV stations that you bundle in your TV packages. You could lower your price. I would consider subscribeing at about $20 - $25 per month.
Not sure what these bad reviews are. I've had to use customer service a few times and every time its been a breeze. Best and most reliable internet around BY FAR. I have had them for years and love the speeds and the service. Internet is pretty much NEVER and have no issues.
I switched from Spectrum to PBC as soon as they expanded into Aitkin MN. i have had 0 outages (other than when the road construction crew hit the fiber backhaul). When I called to report the outage their afterhours call center was polite, took down my phone number, and passed it to their daytime call center - who called me back and confirmed the outage. I have their Gigabit internet and the lowest speedtest I have seen was 970Mbps - which in my experience is fantastic. Great service provider, and extremely stable service.
