I do not recommend this establishment. They charged me for an oil change (3.5quarts) a month ago. After that my oil light appeared. I took it back and the man told me I had “no oil” which I told him was strange because I’ve been driving it perfectly fine. When me and my mother called to get more information they were nasty and rude over the phone and changed their wording stating they told me I had “just enough/less than a quart of oil, even though there is no leak”. I say all this to say after being a loyal customer for 5 years I will no longer do business with this place!

They're very friendly and good at what they do! I've never had a problem here. This is the only place that I get my oil changed.

I am very pleased with the service I received. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what the issue was with my vehicle and resolved my issue. I was also impressed by how clean and organized the service area and public areas were. These gentlemen care about their business and their customers. I highly recommend Patrick's.
