Our blower went out and I didn't notice until Halloween! Kaitlyn and John came out the next day to check it out. They said the blower would be there in 1-2 weeks give or take. After 3 weeks the company sent the wrong one, but Kaitlyn and John got right on it and corrected the issue with the warranty people. Once we got the correct part maybe a week later they made it a point to install it the same day. It was so nice of them to squeeze me in on their schedule the same day! They got my blower in right before all the really cold weather and even while waiting for a blower they let me borrow a heater! They really care about you and try to help as best they can! We appreciate them so much! Thank you both 🫶🏽
