Thought I was charged too much. I had tried to replace battery myself-10 minutes, but I wasn't sure how to disconnect battery cable so I brought it in. Charged $57 to unscrew 12 small screws and unplug the battery cable and reconnect. I can understand higher fees for diagnosis or other problems, but just 10 minutes to replace a furnished battery was extremely high. Also charged tax on service. Probably won't be back for other work when needed.

Nothing but wonderful things to say. Mason was very helpful and commutative the entire way through. My pc is in perfect shape now and runs smooth. 10/10 experience and will happily do business again with them in the future.
