I left the hatch back of my jeep open in the garage and when I opened the garage door, it popped the garage door wheels out of the track and detached one of the cables....so the door was rather messed up. Tom came out and had it all fixed in about 10 minutes! He also lubed up all the tracks so that the door operates much smoother and quieter than it has in a long time. Great service!!! Very reasonable bill also. Thanks so much!
What amazing customer service! Sherry was so kind and proactive. She tried to get me scheduled the same day, but the team’s schedule was tight. Sherry thoughtfully took initiative and scheduled me for the following day. True customer service anticipates needs. I was grateful, because crashing into my garage door was very upsetting. Tom came out and got the garage door to come down, so everything was buttoned up and secured. He was thorough and took great care in his work. He was kind and supportive. Crashing into your garage door is downright embarrassing, but I was not made to feel like I was an idiot. That counts for much. Lindsay was stellar in helping me get the estimate together for my insurance claim. Before I got off the phone with the changes I needed to the estimate, it was in my inbox! What a great team at Overhead Foor! Thank you so much!!
Don, Travis and the rest of the crew did an AMAZING job on my house when they installed my new garage doors. They were punctual, efficient, and their work speaks for them. My doors work smoothly and brillaintly. I cannot say enough about them and their product. I would recommend them any day!
