I called Logan on a Saturday with a technical question regarding my garage door not going completely down. He answered immediately and walked me through resetting my “travel limits” and even sent me a copy of the owners manual via text. So awesome!

We’ve had our Overhead Door for 20 years, and it finally needed professional care. Michael was out the next day, adapting his schedule to ours, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He made sure it was working well, clearly explained what had been happening, all at a reasonable cost. He was professional, friendly, and fun to talk to.

Ramon was professional, proficient and patient! He was able to effectively troubleshoot and explain what happened (and the cause of the misalignment). Even though he fixed the garage door quickly and efficiently, he took the time to fully diagnose and evaluate both my garage doors. He went over and above by preventing any further deterioration to the other door which I so appreciated. He did not scare me into any further or additional service saying my current 21 year old motor was going to die or apply any slick sales incentives pressuring me to upgrade. He patiently answered all my questions, showed me how to best clean the tracks, and said when I am ready, I can get a free quote for more options and information later. His honesty and expertise definitely won my patronage for future work.
