Through a fairly Lengthy email exchange, they helped me figure out my issue, even referring me to other retail outlets to purchase the adapters I needed Which they did not have in stock. Mike saved us by finding his camera battery charger and selling it to us at a very fair price. We were on vacation and our brand new charger did not work.
