Through a fairly Lengthy email exchange, they helped me figure out my issue, even referring me to other retail outlets to purchase the adapters I needed Which they did not have in stock. I found throughout the years Michael and his team operate within integrity and truly have service to their customers as a top priority.

I can't say enough good things about Out of a Jam. They first helped me out with a Mac desktop problem several years ago, and recently they helped me transfer data to a new laptop. Mike saved us by finding his camera battery charger and selling it to us at a very fair price. We were on vacation and our brand new charger did not work. Our camera was ready to become a paperweight if the batteries couldn't be charged. We were in town for a quick lunch stop so finding Mike was a godsend. What a nice smart honest guy.
