After the freeze over the weekend, had a couple of water pipes burst. DIY plumbing project turned out great thanks for the help of Andy and Victor. They got me the right parts and half an hour later, we had the water back on. With their expertise and knowledge, this daunting task became a much more manageable affair. Thank you!
Installed a well on my property incorrectly and will not come fix it. Sam came out and installed my well. I called within a week to let him know there was sand coming through all of my faucets and toilets. He told me let the water run it's course. So, I did. After about 2 months of this, I called back. He then told me that other people in Samsula have been seeing sand too, so it is likely a brief water table issue. He then completely stopped answering my calls! I have called and documented 8 times I have called the office and been told Sam would call me back and have had zero returned calls. I am now stuck with a well that is ruining my equipment because of the visible sand everywhere. Horrible way to run a business!

Excellent Plumbing Supply store. Service is outstanding. I have a spigot that is 90+ years old, with a missing turning wheel. Everyone else would have told me "nothing you can do about it..." The guy at Osceola was able to get me a perfect replacement!!! It took him 2 minutes. It takes me 30 minutes at the big box stores and then I cannot find what I am looking for anyway. I came right home and installed. Works perfectly.
Came here today for the first time. Everyone was super helpful (mainly dealt with Vick and he even helped me load), the selection is great with a lot of harder to find items, and the prices were good, especially buying under retail & not under an account. I'll be making the drive and buying my supplies from here going forward.
