Great local computer and phone repair store. Arbaz gives honest estimates on repairs and follows up with text updates. I feel confident in giving them my personal laptop for repairs. They repaired my computer days ahead of schedule. They are open Sundays too. I would not hesitate to recommend them!!

I'm very happy with OHDR Issaquah. I had lost over 900 photos from a recent tri to Madrid and Christmas Cruise down the Rhine River with my wife and another couple. All my photos of the trip were on the drive. Christmas lights, museums, individual & group photos ... gone. OHDR was able to recover them and provide us with a back up. The guys are legit. They will work with you to make sure you are satisfied and they aren't charging an arm and a leg. They treated me so well. They are the only trusted cell repair I will use and I suggest them to everyone. If you want a professional with customer service that doesn't exist anywhere else. This is the place to go.
Very horrible customer service. I brought 2 iPhones. My iphone which needed a backglass replacement. In the process of replacing the back screen, they damaged my the front screen and tried to MAKE ME PAY for the damages. After HEAVY arguments they fixed the damages they caused. Only for the device to completely stop working after a few months. The phone audio quality dropped and the screen stopped responding in few weeks and now it has green lines. Very bad service! I took my business to LML REPAIR SHOP and I explained how I had bad experience with phone repair shops. They assured me great service and quality products. I gave them the iPhone and opened up the device only to discover the terrible job these guys have done. The screen and frame is detaching and one of the connecting cables is completely RIPPED off and isn’t connecting where it should be. I have included the pictures to show the damages Very horrible customer service, will never come back. Do better UPDATE- It has been longer than a month since this review and they have yet to reach out to me as they've stated!
