Found a crack in my foundation and was flipping out because I was afraid it was something that was going to cost us thousands to fix. Shawn came out and took a look as a free consultation and was kind and super honest. He could have told me anything since I don't know what I'm talking about, but he was honest and told me that it wasn't anything to worry about. How refreshing to have someone with integrity not just try to make money off of someone! I would highly recommend Shawn and this business to anyone needing someone!

I received several quotes for encapsulating a small crawl space, and I was blown away by how many companies tried to upsell unnecessary services. Then I found Once & Done, and they were a breath of fresh air. They presented me with multiple options, clearly explained their preferred solution (which wasn’t the most expensive option), and pointed out features I didn't need—something the other companies never did. From start to finish, Once & Done was incredibly professional, treated our property with care, and exceeded all of our expectations. It’s rare to find a company that values honesty and quality over pushing for a higher sale. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future waterproofing or encapsulation projects. Very easy to work with. Great small business company. Called back and came for estimates as promised. Answered all of our questions. Showed up, did the work, even covered the hard floor with their materials not to scratch our floor which was very nice of them. Came back and inspected the work to make sure everything was right. Life time warranty is a great peace of mind. If we ever have another type of this issue we will definitely call these guys again. Thank you!
