I recently called On Track Garage Door Experts for a garage door that would not operate due to a broken chain and other problems. We could not safely open the garage to get our cars out. They came within an hour of my call and fixed everything for what I considered an extremely fair price. I selected them after reading their favorable reviews and agree with others they are easily a 5 star company and one I would recommend to anyone needing service or repair for their garage door.

I normally do my own repairs around the house. The exception is garage door springs. I’m familiar enough with them to known when to walk away and call the experts. My son recommended On Track to me based on his recent experience with them which was nothing but great! I called and made an appointment and the owners son Jerry arrived exactly on time, looked over the broken spring (as well as the rest of the door), and recommended replacing both springs. He gave me the price to repair and I said do it. Jerry was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. After replacing the springs he lubricated the entire door. And then he inspected and lubricated and inspected my other garage door. Jerry completed all of this work and was driving away 22 minutes after he arrived. THIS COMPANY ROCKS!! So I knew my garage door opener had something wrong with it and I thought of doing a Google search to investigate. But why? Mr. Jerry confirmed that my opener was, well, dead and as a bonus - something that did not cross my mind - he noted that my garage door (I kinda messed it up years ago, long story) could use some re-enforcement beams horizontally across two of the panels to keep it strong and functional.
