We were fortunate enough to be assigned Olive Air through our home warranty. Our home warranty didn’t pull through but Olive Air did! Javier was the technician that helped us out - he found the problem and the next day was able to fix it. He was awesome and super kind. Thanks Javier!
I called to have both of my units serviced after another company did a horrible job— Mathew came out, on time, he was funny and polite and so quick to diagnose the issues. He explained everything and showed me pictures. He provide some great suggestions to avoid future issues and was just awesome. He didn’t try to upsell me - just let me know what his company offered. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend them to anyone and everyone! 💯

Their pricing is fair, the techs are on time, communicative, and genuinely kind. What I appreciated most is that they thoroughly walked us through their tune-up and diagnostic process and explained any recommended work and pricing before doing anything. No pressure, no upselling — just honest, straightforward service. They’re incredibly thorough, not pushy at all, and very friendly. It’s refreshing to find a company that values transparency and customer trust. We’ll absolutely be using them for any HVAC needs moving forward. Highly recommend!
I and my wife had such a wonderful experience with the whole company and there polite employees. The AC unit was installed all in a very fast timely manner. The owner Ollie was very professional and so was the sale agent Kaden. They went above and beyond what was expected. They seen a problem and fixed it. They made the whole process easy and simple. We are blessed to have found them.. highly recommend
Kaden and Oliver showed up at our 55+ community craft fair a few weeks ago to introduce themselves to the neighborhood and did a fantastic job! Spent a ton of time with me and all the neighbors and ended up helping a ton of us winter visitors with much needed new trane systems (on no interest plans!)
