Certified sent one of their technicians over to my house named Aaron, I explained to Aaron that I needed an estimate on installing a pellet stove. Aaron was extremely courteous and helpful. He took all the time I needed to make sure I understood my options and offered to provide me a couple of alternatives to what I was considering along with different price breakdowns. Based on my initial involvement with certified, I was highly impressed and am looking forward to the opportunity to work with Them.

Talk about incredible service! Jamie came out and inspected our chimney top to bottom. Not only was he transparent and honest about the condition of our system, but he was also extremely educational. He took the time to explain the ins and outs of maintenance and things to look out for moving forward. Highly recommend this company!
