Did some mold remediation with Octagon. They were cautious about asbestos, which is great because my house is old. Other companies didn't even factor asbestos into the remediation. Even with asbestos testing, Octagon was about 25% cheaper than the other companies' estimates. The guy who did the work, Tom, was thorough, quick, and very professional.
Crystal Pettey was a great help in moving things along in getting the water damages cleaned up. The workers knew what their roles were, and went right to what ever the task was. I was thankful that I picked Octagon to be the mitigation company.
I’m very impressed with Octagon Cleaning and Restoration, its investigators, office staff, the teams of workers and their plan for the work. Matt Richardson went well beyond the call of duty fetching meds I’d left behind and even transferring a wash into the dryer! He told me to call, not text, when I had a question so he could answer it as soon as possible. He was an extraordinary team manager and the job has been well done.
Octagon went above and beyond from the very first phone call. Their team was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us through the process. They communicated clearly every step of the way, answered all of our questions promptly, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. It’s rare to find a company that combines top-quality work with such outstanding customer service. I can’t recommend Octagon highly enough!
