Unprofessional and wasted my time. They came did an estimate. It was pricey but I wanted it done right so I figured it would be worth it. So then I got it scheduled for them to come. I waited and waited the day they were supposed to come and they didn’t. I called and called and they didn’t get back to me until an hour and a half later (through text). Saying there was an emergency and they couldn’t reschedule until next week. Then they called me later that afternoon and explained that they don’t normally do the job i needed them to do. They have done an excellent repairing and painting job on both the interior and exterior of my home. Very helpful in assisting us seniors moving heavy furnitures and appliances out of their painting path. Communication went very well between supervisor and myself that resulted in a job well done. I would recommend this company without hesitation to friends and relatives any day. To start with, I chose Oahu Pro Painters is because Karl did a great job of detailed listing of the job scope both of the interior and exterior of the house which the other companies did not.
