All I can say is that it's so fullfilling to support small / family businesses. The one thing that made my experience pleasant was the staff. The ladies here were professional and attentive. I called previously, but I decided to do a walk when i didn't get an invoice. Seems that worked out better. Pricing was fair for what I was getting. Glass was cut as needed. And my particular 6in x 9in glasses took minutes to get done. I would highly recommend this place.

Someone vandalized my home and broke my front windows on Wednesday. I spent all day Thursday, calling and getting estimates. I received a lot a ridiculous quotes. Some people really try to get over. I called O&R glass repair on Friday morning, removed my frames and delivered them. Things were back to normal by 5:00pm. This father and daughter team are awesome. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys.
