I have been a customer of Northeast Landscape for 15 years. From the office crew to the maintenance crew, all are hard working, professional, proficient and friendly! My property always looks beautiful and was picture perfect for my daughter’s wedding in July 2021. I recently had Will explain how the mosquito control would benefit my heavily wooded yard and couldn’t be happier with the results!!! Thank you to Mark who always makes sure I’m 100% happy!!! I have been a client of Northeast Landscape Contractors for several years and recommend them highly to anyone looking for either lawn/property maintenance or special projects. I have been extremely happy with the results of all of the normal landscaping services that they offer and also with a number of projects that have significantly improved the looks of my property. The quality of all of their work has been excellent and our property has never looked better. In addition, their customer service is outstanding. Everyone with whom I have interacted with during this past year has been very pleasant and professional. The different crewmembers are always willing to accommodate any of my special requests. I can count on them to keep to their schedule every week – and, on the rare occasion where they need to reschedule, they always inform me of the change well in advance. They mow my neighbors lawn and despite me planting bushes and placing rocks along the property line, they repeatedly mow up to 10-15 ft into my property, coming as close as 15-ft from my house (zoning is 30-ft in this area, so they should know better). They routinely mow over grass I’m trying to re-grow (because it gets often gets mowed twice as much as it should). They even mow on the complete other side of gardens that I’ve created. As someone who grew up working for landscape companies on the North Shore, I’m dumbfounded by their lack of attention to detail. I’ve spoken to some of the crews, but I’m not always home to stop them the next time. My wife has also spoken to crews onsite. My wife has even called their office in previous years. This has been going on for at least 3 years. Nothing has changed. It’s happened one too many times, so I’ve resorted to posting here so people are aware.

We have been clients of Northeast Landscape Contractors for over 3 years and I cannot say enough great things about them. We use them for all our lawn care service needs from weekly mowing, spring/fall clean-ups, fertilization, mulching, aeration, tree plantings, etc., and they never disappoint with any of these services. All the different crews we’ve had working on our property for the various projects all work really hard and do a fantastic professional job maintaining our yard and keeping it beautiful. We get so many compliments from the neighbors and passersby. The office staff have always been responsive and helpful with any questions and concerns we may have. Everything is done and completed on an organized schedule so you never have to worry about timing.
