North Zone, Jose and his team rocked our job. Not a big job, but completely knocked it out of the park. They exceeded all of our expectations. Says what he does and does what he says. 100°+ weather didn't delay, or cancel, just came out and did it. Couldn't be happier with the work done. Would give 10 stars if possible.
We hired North Zone Construction to build a large retaining wall and patio; they completed both flawlessly. I would highly recommend them! They are affordable and very easy to work with. Jose also had phenomenal suggestions on color & design that really enhanced our backyard.
Jose and his North Zone crew did an excellent job on the foundation for our 1400 sq ft addition and footings for our deck. We acted as the general contractor and thoroughly vetted North Zone and others given the importance of a foundation. We reached out to five different companies across Bend and Redmond and ultimately settled on North Zone due to their knowledge, responsiveness, excellent references and competitive pricing. North Zone took the time to get the forms and the pour just right. The foundation was perfectly square, holddowns were in the proper locations and the stem wall was the exact height needed to match our existing house elevation. They did a great job on a small slab on grade area and did the proper insulation, vapor barrier and rebar needed for that area. Our framers praised Jose for making their job easier. We will definitely be using North Zone again for our slab work after construction is complete.
