North Country Plumbing and Heating installed a ductless mini split system in our lake cabin 10/29/24. The system has two heads. We started the process interviewing four companies which had local addresses. We were most impressed with Aaron and this company so we went with them, after researching what all of them had suggested and asking a bunch of questions before agreeing. Aaron was awesome to work with pre-install as far as helping us understand the type of system we were getting installed and making us feel comfortable with the brand and that the size of the system was appropriate. We went over other details such as the location of the heads inside and placement of the system outside. They arrived early on the day of the install just as the sun was coming up. They got things done in a timely manner and were very courteous and professional the day of the installation. We are thrilled with the results. The system works great and we think it looks great too. Aaron also answered questions after the installation--things I wanted to verify to understand the system. There was a fair amount of communication from the beginning of the process until the end and Aaron was great. This is one of the best experiences I have had working with contractors over the years.
