Water line was busted. I went to Norris Mechanical and spoke with Bruce Floss. Mr. Floss was a very nice person. He advised that he could have someone out in a couple of hours, which he did. They did a very good job and I would recommend they to anyone,

Bruce @ Norris Mechanical Shop (NMS) was quick to respond with a bid when my A/C unit flooded for the third time in 3 months and American Home Shield (AHS) refused to honor their insurance policy in a reasonable time. After 3 months of almost daily calls to AHS, I needed to quickly remove a serious health risk (one disabled person plus two retired people forms my household) plus two scheduled operations within two weeks. I believe AHS stalled to get out of doing the work. I let Bruce know I wanted them to do the work. The crew showed up the next business day that I was available. The crew worked professionally and completed the work in a few days. I certainly would use Norris again if the need arose.
From the ladies in the office to the men that came to my home, they were all top notch! From beginning to end excellent service. Polite, knowledgeable, great work and completed the job quickly. I recommend them whole heartedly!!!!
