I’m new to the monthly dumpster service world. I live in newton and have an 8 yard. I recently bought this place in the country, and I’ve been remodeling it as I can. Every single month I have this dumpster packed completely full. Maxed out. Also I come from a family of hoarders that keep everything. Not me! The first Tuesday of the month I peak out the window like an autistic 10 year old and watch the truck pick up this incredibly heavy container and hydraulically smash on the junk inside. I love Nisly! Not only are you servicing my trash, you’re servicing my soul! Amazing.

Rented a 30yd roll-off dumpster for a week and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end! When I called to inquire about pricing and details, the representative was thorough and went through all of my options clearly. We were able to have it delivered by the next business day. The price was more than reasonable, even with having a few extra charges for construction materials. The ONLY reason for 4 stars is because of a hiccup in the delivery of the trash bin. We were advised that we did not have to be present for delivery or pickup. However, when it was being delivered, the driver dropped it off at the wrong address. Luckily, a family member lives nearby, saw it happening in real time, and was able to chase the driver down before he left entirely. Not a big deal, but I can imagine it could have been had we not caught it in time. Overall, very happy with our experience and customer service is top notch! 👌🏼
