I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at Nice Floors! We were in a bind trying to find remaining flooring from a discontinued product. Steven went the extra mile and found some for us at a warehouse that other retailers did not bother to check. I hired nice floors to redo our basement with LVP, our basement stairs with red oak treads, a hallway with red oak pre-finished flooring, and 3 bedrooms with new carpet.
