Jackson has been to my house 1st time for emergency computer recovery on short notice. After that completely set up new computer for me. Also came back and installed and balanced new sound system in theater room. 1st class work. Very knowledgeable. Happy to refer.
Jackson and Ryan are great to work with. Very qualified to troubleshoot our IT issues. Value conscious in configuring a cloud base server. Easy to get in touch with and fast to follow up.
I have used NTI in a two very critical situations where I desperately needed expert help. Once when our server was hacked and Ryan quickly came through for us and solved the problem and saved us untold stress and money. Also, NTI has helped in another difficult primary workstation lockout issue which again we were rescued when our attempts failed. I highly recommend Ryan and his team not only for their superior IT knowledge and skills but also for their "soft skills" in customer support and communication.
