Chris and Jerry did an excellent job in setting my new generator in place. They were extra careful in not damaging my newly planted lawn and were extremely polite and cordial from start to finish. This manner of service is a pleasure to recognize in todays environment. The install team also did a great job from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the process and went step by step showing all functions of the system before leaving. Paullo also did an excellent job in overseeing all aspects of the job from start to finish. It was a pleasurable experience throughout.

During the coldest stretch of weather we’ve had in a long time and a pending storm coming in a couple of days - when my generator wouldn’t start I called NE Generator for help. New England Generator did the initial install of our whole house Kohler generator about 12 years ago. The install went very smoothly. Over the years we've had them perform the annual maintenance. They have always been good with scheduling and being on time. Their service technicians are always polite and professional. I've has 2 part failures over the years and they reacted and fixed both issues immediately. When I've had questions, their phone support has always been helpful and knowledgeable. The crew that came here arrived on time and had to shovel a path to the backyard generator. They were very professional and aware of cleanliness as they entered the house. They worked for 6 hours replacing an engine and did a great job!!!!!Thanks for a job well done!!!
