Nevada Vacuum

We had a great experience at Nevada Vacuum! We have an “ancient” Kenmore upright. They provided a free diagnostic check up to see if it was worth fixing. It was! They fixed it and for now we didn’t need to buy a new one. We will definitely return if we do! I love Lucy (the dog), too!

They are very honest when it comes to repair your vacuum. Every time I have a problem with it I go to Nevada Vacuum and I know that I am in good hands.

We purchased a RICCAR 25 Series, Premium Pet here several years ago. With 2 house cats, it was necessary to purchase a really good quality vacuum. It's a real power house and we couldn't be happier. It came with a couple of free tune-ups, which we have taken advantage of. We live in Dayton, and was able to drop off the unit while we were in Reno, and pick it up on the way out. The guys at the shop know their stuff and are super nice folks.

Marc was very knowledgeable as well as personable . He took the time to answer all of our questions and in addition taught us to do preventative care to our vacuum in order to make it last longer! We have a Dyson and called the Dyson company up and they would have charged us $250 and Mark repaired it and replaced other worn parts for $50! Saved $200! Took the vacuum home and it works as if it were brand new! Thanks again for saving us money!
