I bought a car and it had some major issues. The guys where fantastic. They kept me informed and did their best to get me the lowest price they could and they where fast and did great quality work. No other place I would ever take my car.
My regular mechanic wasn’t able to get to my vehicle to see what was wrong with it for about a week. I needed my car fixed ASAP. I took it to Net Auto and even though they were busy they said they would look at it and if it was a quick fix they would get to it in between jobs and get me right back on the road. Net Auto returned my estimate promptly and provided several options and price quotes depending on the level of service I could afford. Thank You NET AUTO for helping me when i was in need!
We love NET! We have 4 vehicles in our household and only trust the mechanic here with them all. Honest, reliable and do not charge a ton. They always call if another problem arises and let us know before the proceed. Friendly office manager as well.
I’ve taken my car here before and had no issues they did great service. But this time I took it in I felt like I was totally screwed. They replaced a part before they honored the warranty this time but it fried my computer . I feel like they should take that part off but they wouldn’t take the price off for the computer that’s not right.!! When I tried to start my car it wouldn’t start and then the AC wouldn’t turn on. I would not recommend this shop. And I won’t be back. !
