Great experience with Nero’s! My HVAC had an inexplicable leak. Nero’s responded to my call right away and came to my home the next day, on time, and looked at and diagnosed my problem. They were done in 30 mins and it looks like my problem is solved but they told me to call anytime if it comes back. Great professionals, I appreciated it.
I can't say enough good things about Nero's. My heat went out before a major snow and ice storm, and their technician—Ray—got my heat working again in no time. The company is responsive; their technicians know what they are doing; and their rates are reasonable. Will be a loyal customer going forward. Highly recommend.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Nero’s Heating and Air last week. Our heater broke in the middle of the night and we were quite quite cooooold! One of the team came by first thing in the morning and diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. He also figured out how to make the entire heating system run more effectively and showed us detailed steps for what to do when the seasons change to keep our house more comfortable. Super friendly, super professional, expert advice and services. We highly recommend and plan to call back soon to work on some other heating and air needs!
