Simply amazing! Had a wedding band that lost its shape after I had it resized up in another place, and also needed to resize down again. They were very professional and explained the options very clearly and how the process could go. Reasonable price and time frame and they gave me back the ring looking brand new but exactly the same as I remembered it when I first had it made (and perfect fit). I'm beyond happy! And they also have absolutely beautiful jewlery on display. High quality and great people and service. 100% recommended!

I brought my wedding ring in a few months ago to have it inspected. I knew there were some issues with the way it was designed and was concerned about the integrity of the build. I mentioned this and the team was honest with me, letting me know the original design just wasn't mean for longevity and that I would keep having loose stones if I left it alone. So, we started the process of redesigning it in a way that made it strong and long lasting. They had impeccable attention to detail and recreated my ring so closely it's almost identical. They were super good about communicating with me and keeping me updated throughout the process. I'm so excited to have this ring and know that I'm not at risk for losing the diamonds in it. He helped bring my ideas to life and was amazing on educating me about what was best when it came to shared prongs, and every little detail that went into making this ring.
