Simply amazing! Had a wedding band that lost its shape after I had it resized up in another place, and also needed to resize down again. They were very professional and explained the options very clearly and how the process could go. Reasonable price and time frame and they gave me back the ring looking brand new but exactly the same as I remembered it when I first had it made (and perfect fit). I'm beyond happy! And they also have absolutely beautiful jewlery on display. High quality and great people and service. 100% recommended!

I brought my wedding ring in a few months ago to have it inspected. I knew there were some issues with the way it was designed and was concerned about the integrity of the build. I mentioned this and the team was honest with me, letting me know the original design just wasn't mean for longevity and that I would keep having loose stones if I left it alone. He helped bring my ideas to life and was amazing on educating me about what was best when it came to shared prongs, and every little detail that went into making this ring. Very pleased with my first experience with Navarre Jewelry & Quartz Watch Repair. A family member of mine bought a watch for me and it was two links too big. I tried taking them out myself and started to think it was not possible and that I’d end up damaging the watch. I called this company and said I’d like to bring it by. They gave me a price over the phone and stuck with that when the work was complete. Took all of about 5 minutes, if that. Very pleased. Well-kept displays, friendly & knowledgeable people.
