Nautilus Pools began caring for our older pool about 8 months ago. It was regularly in bad shape was never really tended to properly. Rick took the time to understand the pool and its mechanics. He went above and beyond to bring it back to clear and sparkling. Rick showed up on time, went out of his way to show up unscheduled after storms, and was well informed in his communications regarding the pool’s needs. So pleased with the services he has provided.

A storm came through our area and we ended up with mustard algae in our pool. We tried for over a month to treat it but it just kept coming back. I called Rick who came highly recommended by my mom and sister who use him for their weekly pool maintenance and he came out to assess our pool. He let us know what needed to be done and got us on his schedule pretty quickly! We were home the entire time he drained, cleaned and treated our pool and were able to see how much work he put into it, he was extremely thorough! Our pool is back to looking clean and fresh and we couldn't be happier with the results! Rick is a super nice guy, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable, I would highly recommend him!
