Native Auto Glass

I chose Native Auto Glass to repair my windshield because they are contracted eith my dealer and covered by the warranty. They repaired it without any issue, until the next day when. I attempted to clean the windshield and nothing happened. At first I thought I was out of fluid, even though the sensor wasn't going off, so I refilled it. Still nothing. No whirring sound. My windshield wipers would go up and down but that was it. So I took the car to the dealer since they're a lot closer to me. Turns out, Native cut the tube. Literally cut my tube. They were recommended by the dealer that does all the work on my Ram 1500. I called and set up an appointment. The tech came and installed the glass, but showed me that he had noticed a slight scratch in the new glass so they would replace it. The next appointment was an issue as he was running very late and we had plans, so had to call to try to get it all resolved. Also, he had not been able to calibrate it with the safety systems on my truck. The owner himself came to where I work the very next day and installed the new windshield.
