I have purchased all of my appliances over the past 12 years from My Appliance Source! Nobody can beat their service and attention to detail! We had our dryer go out over the weekend, called on Monday morning, spoke to Jason, he set me up with a new dryer that was in stock. I picked it up at 4pm and was back in order! Big shout out for Jason and the My Appliance Source team! The Hallaron family are great owners and take pride in their business and it shows! Thank you again!

We bought a new Stove from them. They had it in stock so there was no waiting and they were super friendly and helpful. My parents had bought a dishwasher there before and they really like the crew at My appliance store. I do too for that matter. KCHK advertising for the win!

Can't say enough good things about everyone that works there! Jim the owner is very kind and the reps all know the manufacturers and are dedicated to finding the right fit -- not upselling. Install was easy and the crew was very professional and helpful! Would recommend to anyone!

Best place to shop for appliances. They have all the best, high quality brands at the most reasonable prices we've ever seen. They will take time to talk you through your options, and let you make a decision without pressuring you. Their service and repair options are also wonderful and it's great to know you are covered should an issue arise. It's the only place we shop when we need an appliance now!

I was directed to use this company from a co-worker who had good experience with them. Unfortunately, I had the opposite. The diagnostic fee doesn’t apply to any work, which they were upfront about. Bummer, but let’s still get this washer fixed, so I proceeded. The first trip, not only was it not fixed but the diagnosis was almost a week delay to come back. In too deep now, so yes let’s fix it. The second trip with the part installed still didn’t fix it and the specific technician seemed clueless and was on the phone asking what to do. Updated diagnosis was something completely different and would cost well over what the washer was purchased...
