Muse provides a customer experience that far exceeds the oversized competition. Excellent customer service, pricing and timely/clean installation has proven to me that Muse generally cares for their clients. If you are tired of being jerked around and over quoted by the usual suspects give Muse an opportunity, you will not regret it.
I would highly recommend Muse heating and cooling, Chris stands behind the products he sells. I purchased a new AC and water heater, the installation went smoothly and was done in about a day. We have had some issues with the unit but Chris has been very quick to address any issues and honor the warranty that came with the unit at no additional cost or fees.
Very friendly company. Extremely fast response. Trustworthy staff. Highly recommend. Lost Heat going into the coldest weekend of the season and they were able to replace my heater installed the next day.

I Am So Grateful for Muse Heating and Cooling! (I was told by another business that I needed a New Furnace. It was not that old.) So… The Owner himself came out with another amazing technician and within 30 minutes they had my furnace Up and Running. The heat that is blowing out is So Much Warmer than Ever Before. They were Very Skilled and Definitely know what they are Doing. In the future, I am Only going to call them if I need help I Highly Recommended Muse heating and Cooling for Any of your furnace problems. They are The Best.
