⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give Murray Glass 47 stars and a churro, I would. I recently had the privilege (and mild panic attack) of needing some glass replaced, so naturally I went to Murray Glass, the only place in Utah where the office staff is friendlier than your grandma and the warehouse crew handles glass like it’s made of unicorn tears. First off, the office team deserves an award. Not just a regular award — I mean like a trophy shaped like a window that says “We answer phones faster than you say ‘I broke something again.’” I swear they could calm down a tornado. I called stressed, they put me on hold with music so soothing I almost forgot why I called. Then the warehouse crew… My goodness. These guys handle giant sheets of glass like they’re tossing pillows in a sleepover fight. Zero fear. Zero hesitation. Just pure glass-handling ninjas. One guy walked by carrying a panel so big it probably qualified as commercial real estate. Didn’t even blink. Legend. The whole team works together like the Avengers of window repair. Except instead of fighting aliens, they fight cracked glass and customer anxiety — and they win every time. If your glass breaks, shatters, cracks, or just looks at you funny… Call Murray Glass. They’ll fix it, make you laugh, and possibly restore your faith in humanity. 10/10 would break my window again just to see them work their magic. J/K Thank you Robby

I called this company to get a quote on a replacement double-pane glass window after my daughter accidentally broke hers. I explained that I had already measured everything and planned to do the installation myself to save money. Other companies quoted me between $130–$150 for the glass, so I was just comparing prices and options. When I spoke with the woman who answered, she told me (with attitude) that only licensed glass installers can order directly from a manufacturer — which isn’t true. I even mentioned that I could buy an entire brand-new window at Lowe’s for $258, frame and all, yet she still quoted me over $400 just for the glass alone. That’s nearly triple the price of other local quotes and more than what some places charge to supply AND install the window. The whole experience felt dismissive and the pricing was extremely unreasonable. If you’re looking for fair pricing and better customer service, I’d recommend checking with other glass shops before going here.
