Great service from Mike who did a boiler health check inspection. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and I appreciated his system care recommendations. He also explained some of the inner workings of the system while it was opened up which was very helpful.
Needed to have my outside shutoff valves replaced before Spring. Called after 9 AM and Nick arrived by 11AM. Awesome job and the shutoff values are so much better than the original ones. Can even attach a hose and back drain directly into sink. Highly recommend MSP. I found them in the Five star rated booklet mailed out by Dakota County. They lived up to their reputation.
I had a great experience with MSP Heating and Air. They were on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and never used high-pressure sales tactics. I really appreciated how straightforward and professional they were. They pulled the proper permits promptly and handled everything by the book. It was clear they understand the industry and local codes well. They also took the time to explain the warranty process in a way that was easy to understand. On top of that, they kept my home clean and treated it with respect while they worked. Overall, a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. I would confidently recommend them.
Dan was on time, knew exactly what needed to be done and showed me an additional leak that I had overlooked. He replaced the leaky brass drain with PVC. Dan was friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him.
