Honest, customer-first, and always performing quality work. The prices are the best in Lubbock for the kind of routine work I need at my residential address (drain line clearing, running camera). I have been and will continue to use them for years. Eric is incredible, and if I had my own business, I would try to poach him from Mr. Wilson's. I have had recurrent issues with old cast iron and Orangeburg lines that can't handle root systems and paper products. Eric has helped me on my last three service calls. On the second of these calls, he advised me to get the city involved to get the Orangeburg replaced at the connection, since he correctly identified when clearing that the PVC on my side of the fence wasn't the issue. When Eric came out last time, he responded immediately to my call (he was covering the dispatcher), cleared the blockage right away, and reminded me about the camera inspection. I was reluctant to get the inspection then and there, as there were tree limbs and other debris in my alley that made marking the location for the city impossible. Eric volunteered his time in the 95 degree heat to move the 500+ lbs of tree limbs out of the way so that he could mark the area for the city. He called the city right away and explained that I was experiencing a service disruption so that I would get an expedited work order. I am humbled and honored by his commitment and professionalism. I trust Eric to work on my home completely unsupervised, and am always very pleased with the quality of his work. For this, and all the reasons I mentioned above about the business itself, I am a customer for life. Chris, if you're reading this, thank you for sending me your star player.

We contracted Mr. Wilson's Plumbing and Drain Solutions after several failed visits from another local plumber. We were very frustrated as the other local plumber seemed to try to throw anything at a wall just to make it stick. However, always a failed result. Needless to say, Mr. Wilson's sent their technician Eric to service our plumbing issues. Eric and I had a chance to go over everything that the previous plumber did. Eric immediately identified where he felt he needed to start to resolve the issue. We agreed with his assessment and within 15 minutes of working on the target area, Eric resolved our issue in its' entirety. From this point forward we will contract Mr. Wilson's Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs. Lastly, we will now commonly refer to Eric, as Eric the Great. He absolutely was professional, hard working and dedicated to doing the job right, the first time. We cannot be grateful enough as the previous plumber cost us around $300 with their failed efforts.
