Insane Sanity
I came in with a 2020 Honda with a busted transmission. Unfortunately Honda Transmissions are expensive, but Mr Transmission worked with me and helped me find some financing to get this job done. In essence, working with Mr Transmission made the pain and financial anxiety that comes with dealing with car issues, significantly less. My only complaint is that I can't give them six stars. I recommend them highly, they are friendly, and they are very willing to work with you, and best of all they know what they are doing. Edit: shout out to Mr. Scott. Thank you for helping me ❤️

Top notch customer service and quality work from Mr. Transmission-Milex Complete Auto Care!!! Nobody wants to hear they need a transmission rebuilt, but they go the extra mile. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and transparency throughout the entire process.

This place is incredible. Although they gave me the worst news I could get after looking at my transmission they were honest, caring, respectful, communicative, and dealt with my situation with integrity. Scott was a big help. He even sat down with me on his time and helped me go through my options and even made calls to some buddies. He has a good heart. I know that I will not go to anyone else for my transmission needs. The value I got out of this is worth more than it costs. All round this company is 5 stars without a doubt.

This is my review I left on Facebook in Jan 2021. It’s been a few years but it still bothers me. Took my car there to get an estimate on a transmission repair. I drove it to them to get a quote they took it apart to give me and estimate. This made it un-drivable. Wanted to charge me 8000 to repair it. Refused to put it back together and charged me $750 for the estimate. I got it repaired after having it towed to another location for half the amount. After the transmission was fixed the car wouldn't start. Someone stole the battery off the car can't prove it but very certain it was done by an employee of Mr Transmission. They replace it with a battery that had a dead cell. I have a receipt that proves the battery was not the same one not even the same make. I would not trust this company for anything. I was told by the mechanic that fixed it that there was no reason to completely take the transmission apart estimate the repair. I was lied to by Mr transmission they only removed the pump and dropped the transmission to make it look as if they took it completely apart. Thieves and story tellers. Stay away from these people. I came to them because of a reference from my father. He was shocked how I was treated. Scott used cussing language when I explained they would not be doing the repair and threatened to charge me more to put it back together (non-working) back in the car. When speaking to me I had to ask him not to talk to me with that language. Very unprofessional. I had them tow the car and boxed up transmission by wrecker to another location. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The owner saw my review called to ask me to take the review down. Said he was sorry for the experience I had and they had replaced the manger Scott that cussed me. But just wasted my time never offered a refund or solution for the issue. Just hoped I would give them another opportunity. As you can tell still not happy with this company the burn is still there after 4 years.
