Mitchell did a great job fixing/repairing our shower faucet & cartridge, tank and valve. The first plumber who came (they said they're "near") suggested opening a hole behind the shower valve to replace it. It was a waste of time & money. I should have called Mr. Rooter and not that other "near" plumbing company . They gave us a nice price package for 3 different services. No opening of walls behind the shower valve. Good job, Mr. Rooter! Thank you, Mitchell!
Paul is incredible to work with. I drafted a basement renovation plan and proposed changes to the plumbing (relocating water heater, washer, dryer and other plumbing elements). Paul has completed the work with good craftsmanship and at a fair price. I will continue to use Mr. Rooter's services in the future.
New Review: Absolutely fabulous work on our bathroom remodel. They worked with us on scheduling and explained everything - even how to do a few small fixes ourselves. Old Review: The work was good (though it took them about three times longer than they estimated) and they mostly cleaned up after themselves. Not the most organized business and it's been a nightmare to close out the job payment and get a receipt.
