Awful experience. Had a technician come out to fix the door frame to my baby’s room and he told me it’d be cheaper for my husband to get the parts and just pay for labor. He told my husband to go to Home Depot, told him what to buy, and said he’d wait for him to get back with the parts to fix the door. 20 minutes later I get a call that he left without warning!!! He said to his boss it was an “emergency” which I highly doubt because he said to my husband “this is my last house today, can’t wait to get home after this.” NOW, I’m being told there is no availability for before my baby arrives. So I can’t even schedule with this place or any other handyman in time for my baby’s arrival in 2 days. I made this appointment a week ahead of time. I’m being told I’m pretty much SOL after buying parts!! This is so so wrong. Terrible way to do business.
