Can’t speak for other Mr. Handyman locations/technicians, but Michael at this location is why I gave one star.. not only did he have a contentious interaction with a family member, but his body language was awful when he made it to my home. He seemed more concerned with collecting the $88 service fee, while also having an attitude about having to wait 90 seconds for me to answer my door while securing my dog in a back room.. I apologized for not answering timely. Instead of acknowledging my statement, he went into asking what I was looking to have done, with his face scrunched up. No introduction.. This may not seem like a lot to some, but as someone that works in the customer service field your introduction is everything. All I have from that interaction is a $94 debit for the service fee, so I might as well take the time to voice myself for the inconvenience.
