Eric and Ashley were on time, nice, courteous and respectful. They assessed the dryer, took care of the matter quickly and efficiently. Eric explained exactly what was going on with it, cleaned it out and fixed the problem. The dryer is back to running like it should. Thanks guys!!! Very happy with their service.
Eric was fantastic. He knew what was wrong and how to fix it, I’d highly recommend him. I had 3 interactions with this company. The first was disappointing because they rescheduled my appt without telling me directly because the technician was ill. The second was mixed. They diagnosed it and had the part in stock but couldn’t fix it on that visit because of warranty paperwork and approval that was needed. I was thrilled though that the third visit occurred the very next day, and Eric fixed it very quickly. I give Eric 10/10. I give the whole experience 7/10. It would’ve managed my expectations better had I known before the first appointment that they couldn’t fix it the first time they came. I recommend letting future “warranty” customers know upfront that it’s going to take 2 trips.
This is the second time Eric has been to our home to fix the oven. First time he fixed the problem, but felt like a new part was really needed. After ordering and receiving the replacement part, he returned to install. Eric was courteous, respectful, cooperative and kind. He arrived on time, and worked diligently until completion. I would not hesitate to contact Mr. Appliance for any future appliance issues.
It was a joy to have Brad get our ice maker working again. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to complete all diagnosis tests to discover what was happening. He also reprogrammed the refrigerator/freezer so we wouldn’t have the same problem again. Brad was very polite and extremely friendly. We will definitely call him again if we have any other problems with any of our appliances.
I received excellent and thorough service from the second they answered my call. They explained pricing in detail and set up a timely appointment, contacted the day before to narrow down the time and verified the technician. I had 3 appliances needing attention and Brad, the technician was very knowledgeable, worked efficiently and gave us several hints to improve their efficiency.
