Mr. Appliance of Perrysburg

The techs came out within a day to check on my dryer. The belt was broken. They didn’t have a replacement belt on them to fix which is understandable. They would have to order it and come back. The total price to replace the broken belt was around $330. I paid the diagnostic fee of $135. Now, I ordered the belt myself as after watching a video it isn’t that hard to replace. My problem now is the two techs who came out screwed everything back in with a drill so tight it’s almost impossible to get them out. Irresponsible to do that to a homeowner. Beware on this!

The staff at Mr Appliance are absolutely incredible. This is, by far, the best customer service we have ever received. The women who answered my calls and questions were patient, kind, professional, and informative. Our service tech Nathen went above and beyond for our washer repair. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained the problem with our washer. When the belt for the washer came in and Nathen came to install it, his vehicle broke down. After getting it towed back to Toledo, the owner of the company drove Nathen to our home to ensure we did not have to reschedule. We will be recommending Mr. Appliance to everyone we know who needs repairs done! We are so grateful to Nathen and the team for the work they have done and continue to do!!!
