Mr. Appliance of Perrysburg

Great experience with Mr. Appliance, Nathen was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He came in the house with floor protective booties, parked in the street. He figured out the problem and started making calls to his office and the manufacturer to get replacement parts. He wasn’t going to leave without being able to give us a positive answer. We had the part the next day and Nathen was back that afternoon. Refrigerator is working great. Mr Appliance has won me over, from top to bottom they know how to get the job done and keep customers happy. Thanks Nathen and the whole team.

The techs came out within a day to check on my dryer. The belt was broken. They didn’t have a replacement belt on them to fix which is understandable. They would have to order it and come back. The total price to replace the broken belt was around $330. I paid the diagnostic fee of $135. Now, I ordered the belt myself as after watching a video it isn’t that hard to replace. My problem now is the two techs who came out screwed everything back in with a drill so tight it’s almost impossible to get them out. Irresponsible to do that to a homeowner. Beware on this!

Andrew arrived at my home last Friday and diagnosed the issue that I was having with my Whirlpool refrigerator. It was leaking and freezing up due to a faulty filter. Andrew ordered the new part and returned this morning to install it. I highly recommend this company! Great customer service and Andrew is so knowledgeable and friendly. You can't ask for better.

The staff at Mr Appliance are absolutely incredible. This is, by far, the best customer service we have ever received. The women who answered my calls and questions were patient, kind, professional, and informative. Our service tech Nathen went above and beyond for our washer repair. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained the problem with our washer. When the belt for the washer came in and Nathen came to install it, his vehicle broke down. After getting it towed back to Toledo, the owner of the company drove Nathen to our home to ensure we did not have to reschedule.
