I've never called an appliance repair shop before and was admittedly nervous. Mr. Appliance made the entire process so easy. I used the online tool to request an appointment for my broken dryer on Sunday at 5pm and they called by 6pm that same night to schedule my appointment. They were out to look at it by Tuesday and everything was completely repaired by Thursday. Randy, our technician, was amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable. If an appliance in your home breaks, Randy is who you'd want to help fix it. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance and would 100% use them for any future needs.

I was having a hard time finding an appliance repair company that would service a Samsung dryer. And some that I found charged a much higher fee for a Samsung. So I was happy when I finally found a company that would come out for the regular service fee. They were able to get us on the schedule just a few days after I called. They were great with communication as well. We got a text and email the night before to confirm our 2 hour window and a picture of the technician who would be coming. Today I got an email, text and phone call to let me know he was on his way to us. Our technician Sam was very friendly, and talked through the process as he checked it out. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and thankfully had the parts needed to repair it. He replaced those parts, tested everything to make sure it was all good, and put everything back (including my cleaning products that were in the drawer under it) and left the area looking great. I appreciated his friendliness, professionalism, knowledge and recommendations. I would absolutely use this company again.
