Valerie was very helpful on the phone listening to the suspected issues I was having with my dryer. She was able to help tell me how old my dryer likely was from the parts numbers, and then discussed the benefits of a repair (provided a quote for what we suspected was wrong) versus buying a new appliance with current sales going on. I never felt pressured either way. I decided to move forward with the repair and booked the next available appt. She called me back the same afternoon with an opening as one of the technicians had finished early from a previous client. The technician arrived shortly after I accepted the date change and was in and out within the hour. The technician was very friendly, and didn’t mind me asking questions about the work he was doing. My dog accepted him as well and dogs know best. Highly recommend!
