I would give 1 star to the office for scheduling, and 5+ stars to the technician. The woman in the office scheduled me for a two hour window the following week. It wasn’t until after that two hour window passed (and I stayed home from work and waited) that they called to tell me they didn’t have the part and wouldn’t be coming. I asked them to please not schedule me again until they knew they had the part. She assured me they would have it and scheduled me for the next day, only to call again the next day during my appointment time and say they had no part and wouldn’t be coming. The third day they finally came, but that was three, two hour windows that I reserved out of my work week to be available which was frustrating as it felt like the company didn’t value my time. On the other hand, Weslie, our technician deserves more than five stars! He was amazing - kind, professional, and very hard working! Our dryer is stacked and in a tight space, which created some unique challenges, but he fixed our dryer and it works great now. He even went above and beyond to help me move the washer and dryer back to its original place. We had a great experience in the past with Mr. Appliance fixing our dishwasher, as well as with Weslie this time, and I would overall recommend them because I think they do great work, are reasonably priced and get the job done. It was just unfortunate that the scheduling/communication out of the office left a lot to be desired this go around.

My appliance technician was wonderful!! He was so sweet and respectful, even putting cloth covers on his shoes when he came into my house. He diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator immediately, and was able to quickly install the part needed after it came in. Only issue I had was that he came to install the part without the office having scheduled this visit prior; so I called and scheduled an appointment for another day. Ended up being able to have my technician come the same day I called, and my refrigerator is now running as it should. I would still recommend this company and would use it again because the service was great. Thank you, Pete, for coming and fixing everything up!!
