We’ve been very happy with Moxie for the 2 + years we have been using them. We have had great experience with every technician. Our most recent technician, Michael C., was wonderful. Very enjoyable to work with. He listened to our concerns but also went out of his way to explain what he found and what to look out for. Would recommend!!

They are great at communication and keeping you informed of their visits; and great at addressing problems and concerns; and are very effective at keeping the unwanted trespassing bugs off your property and house. And their technicians and support staff are friendly, courteous, helpful and professional.

Isaiah was very nice. He introduced himself, asked if I had any problems, and then did his rounds. Afterward he explained all that he did. I’m very pleased with his service.

Tristin was great! He was thorough, knowledgeable, and followed up on scheduling service to address his findings. Moxie needs to offer options for allowing entry for service when homeowner is not available.

I was very impressed with my service and Tziah. He was polite and listened to my concerns about ladybugs, ants, mice, and my new voles in the backyard. He worked diligently applying pesticides and removing cobwebs. I would recommend Moxie

I recently switched to Moxie, as my original exterminator was purchased by a big company, and they are now horrible! Anyway, Jonathan came out today for my first service. He was great! He did an excellent job of going over EVERYTHING with me. The whole experience has been really nice. Even from the first phone call, I think Alicia? answered when I called in, and I got transferred to Zach in sales. They were just so nice & helpful, and they made me feel like they really care about my pest control! I’ve mentioned previously on Google Reviews, that it’s harder & harder to find good customer service these days. Moxie definitely has it!

I have Used Moxie For about five years, they always call me ahead of time and if there’s anything extra that needs to be done, they take care of it. I’m very satisfied with their service.

Technician, Isaiah Allen, arrived on-time. Entered home with proper foot covers. Listened to my concerns and did a thorough household check. Discovered entry point of pest. Set traps & offered information needed to resolve problem. Also, did thorough exterior check, and reported his findings. Very pleased with his ability to identify the source of my on-going problem. Definitely recommend Moxie Pest Control. Isaiah was my technician and went above and beyond. He spent almost over 1–1/2 hours working on my house. He explained everything really well and did a great job. I’m very happy with my service.

Although I had to call for a return service, the second one was far superior to the initial one. The technician was pleasant and very professional in responding to my concerns regarding his not notifying me that he had arrived. My concerns centered around issues within my home that required solutions. The technician handled the matter expeditiously.
