Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had been warned not to use them....and I can understand why. ALL other companies were booked up 2 months, but not these guys. I was given 3 estimates to choose from before work started. They came out and drilled our well. The truck driver parked the truck and picked the well location, not me. I was also told a hydrant was included before we got our estimates. After all said and done, we were billed just over 20% over our estimate for well location (which we didn't pick), a hydrant (location we didn't pick), a bunch of extra charges for trenching and our well being more than 50' from our h...Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have made no attempts to make any of this right. I know several others that were charged more than expected, as it's there way of making money. BEWARE any potential customers. Customer service is huge these days and it's surprising these guys are still in business.

It’s been a few months now since Moser Well Drilling came out and got my water flowing again, better than ever even, and I will never take water for granted again!!! The guys were so nice, such hard workers, and very considerate of my humble abode! I am forever grateful!!!

This summer, I woke up one day no water. Called Moser, they showed up with a regular sized truck with a tool box bed. They fixed some little part on my well pump in the basement, went out to do another job, and came back to double check their own work. The water was back on. Next day the water was out again. They came out with a bigger truck with a boom and pulled my well motor and had to replace that. They pulled it up, then left to do some other job in the area and went and got the new part.
Between the two days they spent maybe 6 hours at my house. When I got the bill, I was horrified to see it was going to cost me over $3,000 dollars! An...This summer, I woke up one day no water. And most appalling fact was, they charged $750 dollars between the two days for driving their damn truck! It was listed as a driving/picking up parts fee!!!! They clearly told me both days they were going to do another job in the area, why on earth does it cost that much to drive a truck? Even if it did cost that much, they went to another job nearby. Did that place nearby also get charged $750 to drive over there?? I live in Denton, which is only 20 minutes at most away from their business out of Hickman.
After paying off the bill over a couple of months, they had added $75 in interest and I told them I wasn't going to pay that, they said that was fine. Next thing I know, after paying off that $3000+ bill, they send me a bill for that interest I said I was not going to pay. I will NEVER do business with them again! I would highly recommend going ANYWHERE else!

Moser placed a new well for our house. The drilling and installation were done timely and professionally. All interior components were installed, tested and work well. The water pressure is great and constant. They made several recommendations for us and we had those upgrades added. Price was competitive and fair. I recommend getting a estimate from Moser if you need a well.
