Moscow Glass and Awning is a great place to get your replacement windows! They are fairly priced, professional, and have quick install once you get an installation date!!! We only bought a few replacement windows each year for our 1904 home making it easier to budget. Plus, we also received an Avista rebate each time. We opted for Milgard’s white vinyl double sash-double tilt in (Both top and bottom glass tilt inward for ease of cleaning, especially upstairs). And we also got a few sliders where needed. Thanks Moscow Glass and Awning!!!!

Be warned that a window installed by Moscow Glass & Awning cracked in less than 5 years' time from installation due to contracting from the cold weather. Because we are new owners to the home, we were told that the warranty did not apply to us. Must be pretty terrible quality if it can crack due to weather. I will not be paying them to do the replacement if this is the work that they do.
